The University of Iowa will be holding the 3rd-Annual Pre-Health Conference this April, on Sunday the 30th.

It will consist of various programs, workshops, and numerous health professionals who will provide insight and guidance to pre-health students here at Iowa.

The goal of this event is to provide students interested in healthcare the opportunity to network with health professionals, explore career options, and gain information in the health-school admissions process.

Panels

The panels portion will be made up of separate panels of health professionals, admissions representatives, and health professions students representing various health areas. This is an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and receive personalized answers from several panelists.

Workshop Sessions

The workshop portion consists of many individual speakers talking about a variety of topics.

Workshop speakers are sharing their health field journey, how they got into their field, what their graduate/professional school experience was like, tips for undergraduate students, advice for going through the application and interview processes, and anything else that would be valuable to share with students.
